Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks (holiday and sale orders may be longer) with tracked shipping. 

 

As soon as your order ships you will receive a email with your tracking information.

It is important to double check that your shipping address is correct. If you need to make any address adjustments, email us at d4bhelp@gmail.com

If an item is sent back to us by the post office, we will reship the order. In this case, the buyer must repay for shipping ($4.95 for domestic orders, $15 for international orders). There are no refunds so please double check that the shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
